Re: Electric Golf Carts
Thank you Barry, I got your report (and your previous one re: LTX). This was the third report I have received about electrical safety hazards in the main hangar this year (and thank you to everyone who submitted those hazard reports). And we're not even into June yet. The other two: A hazard report ...

Re: Clubhouse water?
I turned on the water to the clubhouse and campground today. All the toilets now flush and all the taps now run. There is hot water in the clubhouse (needed by Denise, I assume, to clean the place, it may be turned off next week for a while), but not the workshop bathrooms yet. Hot water to the work...

Re: MOAR trees!
I hear a few of us are planning to come to the club on Wednesday (the 1st of May). I may be able to make it up but I'm not sure. If someone is willing to stop by the Damascus nursery , I'd really appreciate it. Their hours are 9AM-4PM, Tuesday to Thursday. It's 130 seedling trees; last year I fit 20...

MOAR trees!
HI everyone, We have 130 seedling trees, courtesy of the Wellington Green Legacy Programme , waiting for us at the county's Damascus greenhouse. Their pickup days are Tuesday to Thursday, so if anyone is in the area in the next week or two, I'd really appreciate it if you could make the trip out to ...

Re: 2024 Fly-In And Open House, June 22nd-23rd (The Longest Day)
I'm not sure how to put French text in there, I'll ask the vendor. It's odd that the cart reset to zero, but not a big deal I think. There's only one thing for sale so it's not a big hassle to add it to the cart again, and I assume most Francophones would change languages before continuing with the ...

Re: 2024 Fly-In And Open House, June 22nd-23rd (The Longest Day)
Hi everyone, In addition to cash, we will also be selling entry tickets ahead of time on our website. But before we sign the paperwork with the company that will handle online sales (FrontDoor+), I'd like to give the product a test run, using the club dinner. I've created an "event page" s...

Re: 2024 Fly-In And Open House, June 22nd-23rd (The Longest Day)
Thank you everyone who has volunteered so far. We're shaping up to be far, far more prepared for this year's fly-in than last year's. There's a few things I need the club to either borrow or rent. If any members have any of this, it will save quite a bit of headache and expense. Pop up tents. We hav...
