HELP with TRANSPORT CANADA

All,
I need help from someone with Transport Canada.

I had my CATIII medical last year on 22May2022.
Dr Gilmore submitted the form electronically that day to Transport Canada.
Dr Gilmore required a follow up letter from my GP.
This was sent within a week.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM TRANSPORT CANADA FOR 10 MONTHS.

I made repeated inquiries to Transport Canada with no success.
Dr Gilmore's office explained that a 10 month delay could be expected.

If there's anyone that could give me advice and help, it would be well appreciated.

Exactly the same situation here. I'm told that it's normal these days. TC seems to be completely broken.

Hi Ken;

I am in a similar situation. When your CAME stamps your Document Booklet as part of the exam, you are good to go. The rest of the paperwork is Transport Canada's hands with respect to processing and invoicing. The ball is in their court.

One of our members sent me this info, which may be of help:

"Starting in August 2022: This is the email I was told to contact once I had put my medical form (Cat 4 confirmed/signed by a normal doctor) in the post. PNR Aviation Services tc.aviationservicespnrservicesaviationrpn.tc@tc.gc.ca
I called TC to clarify where to send it. The person I spoke to told me to email to this email address as it was he who would see it first and would start the processing. I received the certificate end of November"
