The Board have decided that all members (including youth) may drive our golfcarts if they are safe to do so.
For youth, parents written permission is required.
For youth and new members, they must be signed off on their pilot card under the heading 'Ground Handling' before driving golf carts without supervision.
Signoffs will be by any of Barry/Doug/Wayne/Paul, covering as a minimum: verbal briefings, general handling, towing gliders to/from hangar, retrieving landed gliders, safe procedures in or near any hangar/flightline/people/parked gliders, reversing (to be avoided where possible).
Please treat club equipment as if it was your own, report any damage to Barry, report any incident via an incident form to Ken Voort.
