I turned on the water to the clubhouse and campground today. All the toilets now flush and all the taps now run.

There is hot water in the clubhouse (needed by Denise, I assume, to clean the place, it may be turned off next week for a while), but not the workshop bathrooms yet. Hot water to the workshop will be turned on probably late this month or early June – when there is sufficient occupancy to justify the cost.

The workshop washing machine has not been connected yet (no point anyway without hot water), and I haven't yet had a chance to check the clubhouse dishwasher for leaks, so please refrain from using those until later in the year.

In all, we had to replace a shower valve (free under a lifetime unlimited warranty) and head (~$70) in one of the workshop bathrooms, a few gaskets and o-rings (a few ¢) in the clubhouse, and it's time to replace the workshop hot water tank anode (~$50).

We also got the first water test results of the year back from Ontario Public Health today. Our water is safe to drink.

Water test results are posted in the archives section, if anyone wants to take a gander.
