Just as members are needed to unpack the hanger they are also needed at the end of the day to put the gliders back in. Don’t leave it until flying is over and only a few people are left before deciding to start packing the hanger. When it is apparent that gliders will not be needed again get someone to organize a packing crew and get the process started. Due to the sequence that gliders need to be put into the hangar it may not be practical to pack the gliders that are not needed until others still flying are put in first. The point is: do what you can.
