Taking up passengers is a very important part of the flying at York. These people have shown an interest in soaring and have selected our club to try their first flight. This may be our only opportunity to show them what a great sport soaring is and that York is the club at which they should be doing it. It is therefore vital that they get a good impression not only of our operation but of our members as well.
